How Safra works

Safra brings Syrian intercity bus operators’ trips together in one place and lets you book a seat without paying online.

Search and compare
Choose two stations and a date to see operators’ trips with fare, time and available seats. No account is needed to browse.
Choose your seat
When you book, you sign in with your phone number, then pick your seat from the actual bus layout and it is held for you.
Traveller details
Each seat has a traveller: full name as on the ID, phone number, ID or passport number and date of birth. You can book up to 10 seats.
Review and confirm
You review seats and travellers before confirming. A countdown shows how long the seats stay held; when it ends they are released.
Pay when you board
After confirmation you get a digital ticket with a QR code in “My trips”. You pay the fare in cash when you board.

Safe, predictable booking

No sign-in to browse. It is asked only when you book, with your phone number and a verification code.
If the connection drops while confirming, we never create a second booking. We first check the result of the earlier attempt.
The ticket QR code is your proof for boarding. Share it only with the person travelling.
The QR code shows only while the ticket is valid and you are online, and disappears if it is cancelled.
A traveller can share a tracking link that shows the bus location while the driver shares it.
